Howards RV Repair started in 2010 when Howard Mackenzie, after years working in residential construction and maintenance, decided to go out on his own. The idea was straightforward: offer reliable repair and maintenance services to homeowners who needed someone dependable, without the complexity or cost of larger contracting companies.
What began as a one-person operation has grown into a small, experienced crew. We still operate the same way we did at the start โ taking each job seriously, communicating clearly with clients, and being realistic about what we can and can't do.
We're based in Chilliwack and most of our clients are people who've found us through word of mouth. That kind of referral matters to us, and it's one reason we don't cut corners on any job, no matter how small.
We tell you what's wrong, what we plan to do about it, and what it will cost before starting. No surprises after the fact.
We use appropriate materials and take the time to do the job properly. A repair that needs to be redone in three months isn't a repair.
If something is outside our scope, we'll tell you. If you need a licensed specialist for a job, we'll say so rather than take on work we shouldn't.
We clean up after ourselves and are careful in your home. We treat the space as if it's our own, because we know it is yours.
